BORDERLAND LITERATURE

TEXAS TECH UNIVERSITY PRESS

Literary criticism situated within the Southwest borderlands, exploring embodiment and ethics, place and landscape, memory and haunting.

The Haunted Southwest.jpg

While the "haunted" in this title is not about being spooky, ominous imagery still felt fitting with the topic of this book. Discussing those who have been left out of western literature and the sins of western authors, some may say there is a storm (of literary criticism) on the horizon. This landscape was chosen also for its similarity to the type of novels being discussed.

For this title I have so far designed the cover, a postcard, and web banners.
